My Instructional Design Theory 

When thinking about Instructional Design the first thing that comes to mind is the audience.  They play and important factor when designing lessons and material since they are the ones that will be using the material.

When problems arise sometimes you need to think on your feet.  You need to be able to think of various solutions to try to solve problems.  In some if not all cases, you re-teach or re-design your instruction for the next day to see if the problem can be resolved. 

I believe that there are many ways to evaluate the outcome.  It all depends on what the material was based upon to determine how to evaluate the students to see if the desired learning outcome was obtained.
